My first show was 8-6-74 at Roosevelt stadium WOS in NJ I WAS 15 years old and never looked back I met you at the Ace hotel in LA with first shows of Bobby and The Wolf brothers. And also you helped me rig up the 8 speaker cabinet Bobby used on stage in the late 70 s n 80 s I still use it outside today with my band Thank you for the Sotheby’s auction of all that great equipment

I really appreciate a mug like this because it does coincide with somebody who loves music and the visual on this mug lends itself to somebody who loves music and it has a big handle on it so it's very easy to handle I have arthritis so I appreciate a big handle on a mug and it's the perfect size for the amount of coffee that I like to drink in the morning so I will be consistently using this every day because it is the perfect size mug for me.
As both a coffee lover and a music history fan, this Big Steve "Wall of Sound" mug has quickly become a favorite daily staple. The original archival sketch printed on the side is such an incredible, nostalgic nod to the legendary road crew, and the graphic itself is incredibly vivid and sharp against the glossy white ceramic. Beyond the cool factor, it’s just a really well-made, sturdy 11 oz mug that actually holds up to daily microwave reheats and dishwasher cycles without any fading.
The colors and quality of the print are good and it was shipped very carefully- well packed. The one complaint we have is that the signature and two dragon claws are cut off on the bottom of the print which is irritating. This was a consolation prize for my husband who still resents me 25 years later for not letting him buy an original Jerry ink for $2600. We did not have $600, let alont $2600 at the time :-)
Reluctant Dragon Smile - Jerry Garcia - Studio Series
Store owner replied: Cheryl, thank you for your note about the signature and claws being cutoff on the bottom of the Reluctant Dragon image. We went back to the source in the Garcia family archives and found a version without the cutoff. Interestingly this other version is a green dragon instead of yellow, because we guess the universe wanted it that way:) We will be sending you this new version free of charge. We hope you and your husband enjoy it!
Great mug, strong and durable, really represents Grateful Dead. I only wish that the design on the mug for the Wall of Sound was a little more intricate, maybe etched in or something
Our first show was in Chicago in 1971, and since then we've seen hundreds of shows and purchased a closet full of posters and tees. We first saw this in a gallery in San Francisco decades ago, while Jerry was still on this plane, and I was always sorry that we didn't buy it. To find a repro that is so well done at such a nominal price is a real gift to his art and to our memories. Thanks for a superb Father's Day gift; I'll play a little Ripple or Eyes when I present it!
Paper quality is good. Color vibrancy is a bit muted.
I have now ordered shirts, coffee mugs, and stickers and I am happy to report that the quality of the products is perfect. The shirts are made of high-quality and comfortable materials and the artwork pops. Everything ordered was given away as gifts and the recipients are all very happy. 😊

The packaging was excellent. Heavy cardboard, with additional cardboard surrounding the print. Arrived in pristine condition. Ready to be framed in honor of my son who suddenly passed away at the age of 53 in 2025. As a family, we are true followers of all things Grateful Dead.
After regaining consciousness post a 48 hour heavy LSD trip, there's nothing as comforting as putting on the Cow Palace '74 and sipping my coffee and losing myself in the Wall graphic on the mug.
