Hello music lover! If you're looking for our return and refund policy, you've come to the right place.

Let's keep this simple, shall we? 

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. After 30 days requests for returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number and photos of the items showing their condition. So if you took your Retroactv products to a concert followed by a late night hang, it's a no go for a return. But hey, you'll always have the memories.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A refund for the original price of the item will be sent after the item is returned, inspected, and processed. Allow 7 to 10 days after items are returned for processing.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Sizing & Fit Policy - No returns for size/ fit issues 

We include a detailed size chart on every apparel item for a reason—your best fit starts there. Please double-check measurements before ordering, because bodies change (life happens, snacks are delicious) and shirt sizes don’t always keep up.

If an item doesn’t fit due to ordering the wrong size, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. A little extra comfort around the edges is totally human—but it’s not a manufacturing defect. Always consult the size chart to make sure your gear fits just right the first time.
