📦 Processing Time

Most orders ship within a few business days. We work quickly, but during busy periods there may be slight delays. You’ll get a confirmation as soon as your order is on the move.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We work with major carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx to get your order delivered.

Estimated delivery time is 5–20 days, depending on the carrier and destination.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email so you can follow it every step of the way.

⏳ Delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, we’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the package has left our hands.

📬 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost or marked as delivered but you can’t find it, reach out to us at hello@retroactv.com and we’ll do our best to help sort it out.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses

If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at hello@retroactv.com. We’ll try to fix it before your order ships.

🔁 Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to a delivery issue (like an incorrect address or failed delivery), please contact us at hello@retroactv.com and we’ll help arrange the next steps.
